Accompanying Persons

There is the option to bring an accompanying person to the icebreaker and the conference dinner.

The accompanying persons fee is not intended for attending the conference.
In other words, it does not allow access for attending presentations in the lecture halls or poster presentations. The participants badge will be checked at the entrance to the conference halls.

The fee is EUR 180 / DKK 1350.

The accompanying person fee includes:

  • The Welcome / Icebreaker
  • The Conference Dinner
  • Transport to venue Conference Dinner
