Reception – Icebreaker

When:
Monday 2 June, 2025 from 18:00 to 20:00.
During the Icebreaker, there will be Pre-registration of participants.

Where:
The Icebreaker event will take place Monday evening June 2nd at 18:00 to 20:00 at the Aarhus University Campus, next to the main assembly hall in the “Vandrehallen” (“the walking hall”), see sign A on the map below. The address is Building 1410, Nordre Ringgade 4, 8000 Århus C.
Use this occasion to get acquainted with the campus and meet new and old colleagues!

Transportation:
No transport has been arranged to this location. See the page ‘Venue and travel’ for information about transportation to the icebreaker and the conference venue.

Registration:
During your online registration, you will have to indicate whether you will yes-no attend this Icebreaker reception, which is included in the registration fee. We realize that you cannot all attend because it is the arrival day. Therefore, those of you who will not attend, please select “no” during registration.
